Terms of Service

Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), RevNS, operated by AISOLO Technologies Private Limited ("RevNS", "we", "us", and/or "our") provides access to RevNS's AI-powered marketplace analytics platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and all team members who will access the Services to this Agreement, in which case the term "you" shall refer to such entity and its authorized users. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.

1.1 Service Description

RevNS provides an AI-powered marketplace analytics platform that includes:

• AI-driven marketplace analytics and insights
• Performance tracking and ROI measurement
• Automated data collection and analysis
• Multi-marketplace integration and monitoring

1.2 Service Access

• Access is provided through revns.com and associated domains
• Requires creation and maintenance of an account
• Includes access for authorized team members under your account
• Subject to continued compliance with these terms

2.1 Account Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of account credentials
• Ensure all team members comply with these terms
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Manage and monitor team member access appropriately

2.2 Acceptable Use

• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain secure access to marketplace accounts
• Respect data privacy and security protocols
• Ensure appropriate use by all team members

3.1 Subscription Model

• RevNS operates on a monthly subscription basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
• Subscription fees are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy)
• Access continues until the end of paid period after cancellation

3.2 Payment Processing

• Automatic monthly billing on subscription renewal date
• Payment processing through Stripe and Paddle
• Failed payments will trigger retry attempts and notifications
• Additional fees may apply for premium features

3.3 Account Management

• Team member access based on subscription tier
• Subscription changes take effect as specified in our Refund Policy
• Service access may be suspended for payment failures
• Account termination for repeated payment failures

4.1 Data Collection Authorization

• Authorization to collect marketplace data daily
• Automatic data synchronization from connected accounts
• Storage of historical performance metrics
• Collection continues until subscription cancellation

4.2 Data Usage

• Analysis for providing insights and recommendations
• Aggregated data use for platform improvement
• AI model training with anonymized data
• Third-party access limitations and controls

4.3 Data Protection

• Enterprise-grade security measures
• DDoS protection and threat mitigation
• Regular security audits and updates
• Team access controls and monitoring

5.1 Platform Rights

• RevNS retains all rights to platform and technology
• Usage rights for analytics and insights generated
• Rights to use anonymized data for improvement

5.2 User Rights

• Ownership of your marketplace account data
• Access to generated insights and analytics
• Right to export your data

6.1 AI Usage

• AI systems for data analysis and insights
• Automated performance tracking and optimization
• Machine learning for predictive analytics

6.2 Data Processing

• Daily automated data collection and analysis
• Real-time monitoring and alerts
• Performance prediction and trend analysis

• Right to terminate for violations of terms
• Account suspension for security concerns
• Data retention and deletion post-termination
• Team access revocation upon termination

THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
